02. Applicants who meet the following conditions should apply for the above posts on the Government of Sindh job portal: https://jp.sindh.gov.pk
- (i) Applicants must have successfully passed the Graduation Category General Screening Test conducted by IBA Testing Services (STS) with a minimum of 40% marks and hold the score certificate issued by STS as required for appointment to the said posts.
- (ii) The age of the applicants will be counted according to the Sindh Civil Servants (Relaxation of Upper Age Limit) Rules 2024, as per the last date of submission of the application. However, a general age relaxation of fifteen (15) years will be given as per the Notification No. SOII (SGA&CD) 5-64/2011 (Part-II) dated 06-03-2025 of the Services, General Administration & Coordination Department.
- (iii) The share of quota reserved for initial appointment will be followed according to the rules/policies of the Government of Sindh.
- (iv) Applicants already in government service should obtain an NOC from their department before submitting the application and bring the original copy of the NOC at the time of the interview to submit before the Departmental Selection Committee.
- (v) Appointments will be made according to the policy notified by the Government of Sindh on 26-04-2023 and under the Sindh Civil Servants Act 1973 and the rules made thereunder as amended from time to time.
- (vi) Applicants should appear before the Departmental Selection Committee with original documents for the interview according to the schedule uploaded on the job portal.
- (vii) TA/DA is not applicable for the interview.
