Terms and Conditions for Recruitment
(1) All eligible candidates will be allowed to take their screening test. However, during scrutiny by the competent authority, if any candidate is found ineligible for any reason, such candidate will be disqualified for recruitment at any stage.
(2) It will be mandatory for all candidates to create their profile on the ETEA website. After creating the profile and before depositing the fee, all candidates should print the Nadra E-Sahulat slip from the ETEA website and verify their ID card number from any franchise (kiosk) because without verification, a candidate will not be able to apply for any post.
(3) Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
(4) Candidates securing 50% marks in the ETEA screen test will be shortlisted and called for further recruitment stages.
(5) The competent authority reserves the right to increase, decrease, or cancel the number of advertised vacancies at any time.
Criteria for Selection (Total Marks - 200)
Note: (1) Only two work experience certificates will be acceptable, which have been issued on the basis of full-time paid employment in the relevant field by a government or semi-government department. Marks will not be given for experience certificates issued on the basis of unemployment, an internship, or volunteer work. (2) The overall eligibility of the candidates will be based on the documents received by the last date. Employees working in government/semi-government institutions should apply through the proper channel.
Instructions for Online Application
(1) Candidates must visit the ETEA website (www.etea.edu.pk) for online application.
(2) The test fee can be deposited in any branch of UBL Bank or on the online slip generated after creating the profile.
(3) The test fee can also be paid through JazzCash App, EasyPaisa App, UBL Omni, UBL/NADRA E-Sahulat by printing the slip.
(4) Online application will be accepted till 15/01/2026.
(5) Incomplete applications or applications received after the due date will not be entertained.
(6) Candidates will be informed about the test date and time via SMS.
(7) No separate call letter will be issued for the test/interview.
(8) Candidates should bring their original documents and roll number slip on the day of the interview.
