Applications Required
In-Service Promotion as Junior Clerk (20% Quota)
Applications are invited from employees currently serving in Scale 01 to 08 in Government Primary, Elementary, High, and Higher Secondary schools and offices under the administration of the District Education Authority, Sahiwal, for promotion to the post of Junior Clerk (BS-11) under the 20% quota.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Minimum Matriculation (2nd Division).
- Skills: A typing speed of at least 25 words per minute (wpm).
How to Apply:
Eligible candidates must submit their applications to the office of the concerned District Education Officer (DEO) during office hours by July 8, 2026. Applications must include certified copies of:
- Educational certificates and degrees.
- Appointment order and regular service order.
- Original service book.
- First and current attendance report.
- No Inquiry/No Demand/No Punishment certificates.
Important Notes:
- All previously received applications for the 20% Junior Clerk quota are now considered canceled; candidates must submit fresh applications.
- The list of received applications will be displayed at the concerned DEO offices on July 13, 2026.
- The list of applications after scrutiny will be displayed on July 16, 2026.
- Objections can be submitted to the concerned DEO office until July 22, 2026.
- The final list of eligible candidates will be displayed on July 27, 2026.
- The typing test for all eligible candidates will be conducted on a computer under the supervision of a committee on August 8, 2026.
- Candidates who fail the typing test will not be eligible for promotion.
