Applicants who fulfil the following requirements should apply for the aforementioned vacancies on the Job Portal of the Government of Sindh at
i. The applicant must have successfully passed the General Screening Test (Matriculation Category) with at least 40% marks, conducted by the Sukkur IBA Testing Services (STS), and possess a valid certificate issued by STS, as required (or appointment to the aforementioned posts.
ii. The age of the applicants who applied for the test prior to the promulgation of the Sindh Civil Servants (Relaxation of Upper Age Limit) Rules, 2024, dated 16th October, 2024, shall be calculated with effect from the closing date of submission of application, i.e., 30.11.2021. The upper age relaxation limit will be 15 years. However, a relaxation of 05 years shall apply to those who applied after the promulgation of the above Rules, and the age shall be calculated with effect from 12.05.2025, as provided in the Notification of Services, General Administration and Coordination Department bearing No. SOII (S&GACD) 564/2011 (Part-II) dated 2nd December, 2025.
iii. The share of quota reserved for initial appointment shall be adhered to in accordance with the Law/Rules/Policy of Government of Sindh.
iv. Applicants who are already in Government Service must obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their respective Department prior to submission of application and must produce the original NOC at the time of interview before the Departmental Selection Committee.
v. The appointment shall be made in accordance with the policy notified by the Government of Sindh on 26-04-2023 and under the provisions of the Sindh Civil Servants Act, 1973, and the Rules framed there under, as amended from time to time.
vi. The applicants shall appear before the Departmental Selection Committee along with original documents for interview as per the schedule to be uploaded on the Job Portal.
vii. No TA/DA shall be admissible for appearing in the interview.
