TERMS & CONDITIONS

i. Applicants who fulfill the following requirements may apply for the aforementioned vacancies through the Sindh Job Portal of the Government of Sindh
ii. Applicants must have successfully passed the General Screening Test of the Graduation Category with at least 40% marks, conducted by Sukkur IBA Testing Services (STS), and must possess a valid certificate issued by STS, as required for appointment against the advertised posts.
iii. The age of applicants shall be calculated from the closing date of submission of applications, as provided under Rule-7 of the Sindh Civil Servants (Relaxation of Upper Age Limit) Rules, 2024. However, the upper age relaxation shall be limited to five (05) years, as notified by the Services, General Administration & Coordination Department vide Notification No. SOII(SGA&CD)564/2021 (Part-II), dated 06.03.2025.
iv. The quota reserved for initial appointments shall be observed strictly in accordance with the prevailing laws, rules, and policies of the Government of Sindh.
v. Applicants already in Government service must obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their respective departments prior to submission of the application and shall produce the original NOC at the time of interview for submission before the Departmental Selection Committee.
vi. Appointments shall be made in accordance with the policy notified by the Government of Sindh on 26.04.2023 and under the provisions of the Sindh Civil Servants Act, 1973, and rules made thereunder, as amended from time to time.
vii. Shortlisted applicants shall appear before the Departmental Selection Committee for interview along with original documents, as per the schedule to be uploaded on the Sindh Job Portal.
viii. No T.A./D.A. shall be admissible for appearing in the interview.
