Terms and Conditions:

1. Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test based on provided credentials. Detailed scrutiny will be conducted by the appointing authority, and any ineligible candidate will be disqualified at any stage.
2. All candidates must create a profile on the ETEA website and verify their CNIC No. from any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise (Kiosk) before applying/depositing fees.
3. Interview call letters will be issued to shortlisted candidates only.
4. Screening will be based on a test prescribed and conducted by ETEA.
5. Candidates must be eligible in all respects before the last application date.
6. Applications received after the due date will not be entertained. Incomplete or applications with fake documents/information will be rejected.
7. All information will be displayed on the Notice Board of the DHO Kurram at Parachinar.
8. Age relaxation will be admissible as per government rules.
9. Government/Semi-Government employees should apply through the proper channels. Candidates applying for multiple posts must apply separately for each post with a separate fee.
10. The Competent Authority reserves the right to cancel/reject any application with or without assigning any reason and will strictly follow Government rules and APT rules.
11. Selected candidates will pay for the verification of their documents. If any misinformation/documents are found to be fake, the appointment order will be cancelled automatically.
12. 10% quota is reserved for female candidates, 2% for disabled, and 0.5% for minorities.
13. No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.
14. Foreign degree holders must provide equivalent certificates from HEC.
15. Errors/omissions in the number of posts are subject to rectification.

How to Apply?

1. Interested candidates should apply online through the ETEA website.
2. After successful online application submission, a prescribed online deposit slip (with token number, project code, and candidate's personal information) will be generated.
3. The test fee (non-refundable) should be deposited through Easypaisa app/Agent, Jazz Cash app, or at any branch of UBL Bank or via UBL OMNI agent.
4. After successful fee submission, retain the original deposit slip (candidate copy).
5. Do not send documents/testimonials to the ETEA office after applying online. Copies of testimonials/documents will be provided by candidates who qualify the screening test, as and when required by the Appointing Authority for scrutiny purposes.
6. Online Application Form will be available on www.etea.edu.pk from February 20, 2025.
7. The last date for online application submission is March 10, 2025.
8. Candidates will be informed through SMS by ETEA to download and print their Roll No. slips from the ETEA website.
9. Test date, time & venue will be mentioned on the Roll No. slip.
10. No separate call letter will be issued to candidates for the screening test through post/courier means.
