Terms and Conditions
- Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test. However, a detailed scrutiny will be conducted by the appointing authority, and if any candidate is found ineligible at any stage of the recruitment process, they will be declared ineligible by the appointing authority.
- All candidates are required to create a profile on the ETEA website. After creating the profile and before applying for any post, candidates must get their printout from NADRA E-Sahulat (Kiosk) franchise verified with their CNIC number through the E-Sahulat website. Without such verification, they will not be able to apply for any post.
- Interview call letters will only be issued to shortlisted candidates.
- Candidates will be screened through ETEA.
- Candidates must be eligible in all respects by the last date of application submission.
- Incomplete applications and applications received after the due date will not be considered.
- Age relaxation will be admissible as per existing government rules.
- Candidates working in government/semi-government organizations should apply through proper channel.
- Candidates wishing to apply for more than one post must submit separate applications with separate fees for each post.
- The competent authority reserves the right to cancel or reject any application without assigning any reason, or if any changes are made in the service rules, candidates will be informed through newspaper advertisement.
- Errors/omissions in the number of posts are subject to correction, and the number of vacancies may be increased or decreased as per the requirement of the position.
- Failure to fill out any column or provide required information in the application form will automatically disqualify the candidate at any stage of the recruitment process.
- All such information will be displayed on the notice board of the District Health Office Kurram Parachinar.
- Shortlisted candidates must immediately provide attested photocopies of their documents to the ETEA Office Kurram Parachinar for verification.
- Shortlisted candidates must bring original documents along with attested photocopies of all documents and CNIC at the time of the interview.
- The fee for verification of documents of selected candidates will be paid by the concerned candidate. In case of any discrepancies found in the documents, their appointment order will automatically be cancelled.
- 10% quota for female candidates, 2% for disabled persons, and 5% for minority candidates will be reserved.
- No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the test/interview.
- HEC recognized degrees will be acceptable.
