Terms and Conditions:
- Call letters will be issued only to shortlisted candidates.
- Candidates must be eligible in all respects by the last date of receipt of applications.
- Age relaxation will be applicable as per existing government rules.
- Candidates applying for more than one post should submit a separate application for each post.
- Ownership rights will be given to candidates on the land specified under land ownership.
- The competent authority reserves the right to reject or cancel the application for any reason, and if there is any change in the service rules/ATP rules, the committee will comply with government rules. The number of posts may be corrected/increased/decreased with the approval of the Finance Department. An application has been sent to the Finance Department for the approval of the remaining posts.
- After the final selection of candidates, this advertisement will be valid for 6 months.
- If not approved, recruitment for the remaining Class IV vacant posts will not take place; recruitment for the remaining posts depends on the approval of the Finance Department.
- Landowners of all health facilities where posts are vacant can apply for the vacant posts and will be shortlisted if the Finance Department approves the remaining Class IV posts.
- The posts of DHO office belong to Union Council Malana because they are landowners of the female hospital, so only candidates from Union Council Malana will be shortlisted for the interview.
- The posts of Dais (midwives) are open posts; all eligible candidates from any area of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa can apply; local candidates will be preferred.
- All information will be displayed on the notice board of DHO Kurram Parachinar.
- Shortlisted candidates should immediately submit attested photocopies of documents to the DHO office Kurram Parachinar.
- Shortlisted candidates must bring original documents, CNIC, and attested photocopies of every document at the time of the interview.
- 10% quota will be reserved for female candidates, 2% for disabled persons, and 5% for minority candidates.
- No travel allowance or daily allowance will be given for test/interview.
- The last date for submission of applications is (07) days from the date of advertisement.
