Terms and Conditions
- Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test, but detailed scrutiny will be carried out by the appointing authority, who can disqualify ineligible candidates.
- All candidates must create a profile on the ETEA website and verify their CNIC at a NADRA e-Sahulat Franchise before applying.
- Interview call letters will be issued to shortlisted candidates only.
- Screening will be based on the ETEA test.
- Candidates must be eligible by the last date of application.
- Incomplete or late applications will not be entertained.
- Age relaxation is admissible as per government rules.
- Government/semi-government employees should apply through the proper channel.
- Candidates applying for multiple posts must apply separately with a separate fee for each post.
- Preference will be given to candidates with a domicile in South Waziristan Upper; otherwise, candidates from other districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa may be considered.
- The competent authority reserves the right to cancel or reject any application.
- Errors or omissions in the number of posts are subject to rectification, and the number of vacancies can be changed.
- Misinformation or failure to fulfill requirements will result in automatic exclusion from the recruitment process.
- All information will be displayed on the notice board of DHO South Waziristan Upper.
- Shortlisted candidates must provide attested photocopies of documents to DHO Office South Waziristan Upper for scrutiny.
- Shortlisted candidates should bring original documents, CNIC, and attested photocopies at the time of the interview.
- Selected candidates will pay their document verification fee; providing fake information/documents will result in automatic cancellation of the appointment.
- 10% quota is reserved for female candidates, 2% for disabled candidates, and 0.5% for minorities.
- No TA/DA will be admissible for the test/interview.
- Foreign degree holders must provide equivalent certificates from HEC.
How to Apply
- Visit www.etea.edu.pk and apply online.
- After successful online application submission, a prescribed online deposit slip (with token number, project code, and personal information) will be generated.
- Print the deposit slip and pay the non-refundable test fee through Easy paisa, Jazz Cash, or UBL OMNI agent/branch.
- Keep the stamped deposit slip after successful fee submission.
- Apply online again, providing scanned copies of required documents.
- The last date for online application is February 28, 2025.
- Candidates shortlisted for testing will be informed via SMS.
- Download and print the roll number slip from the ETEA website. No separate call letter will be issued.
