- The applications in the following format, along with two passport size photographs, attested copies of educational certificates, Domicile, PRC, CNIC and other required documents.
- All applications must reach to this office within 15-days of publication of this advertisement.
- Incomplete or late applications will not be entertained.
- The candidates in service should apply through proper channel.
- Quota for women, disabled persons and Minorities will be observed according to Government Policy.
- There shall be general relaxation in upper age limit of (05) years as Government policy / Rules in vogue vide notification No. SOI (SGA&CD)5-64/2011 (Part-II) Karachi, dated: 06th March 2025.
- The appointments are purely on temporary basis and likely to be permanent after satisfactory completion of probation period as provided under Sindh Civil Service (Appointment, Promotion & Transfer) Rules, 1973.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.
- No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the test/interview.
- The competent authority reserves the right to increase, decrease or cancel the vacancies without assigning any reason.
- The recruitment will be made strictly on merit and transparency basis.
