Minimum Qualification	16 years of education (I/II Division) from an HEC-recognized university. PhD and international exposure are preferred.
Experience	Min. 15 years total (Admin + Teaching), including 5 years as Head of an institution.
Age Bracket	45 – 55 Years
Pay Package	Rs. 800,000/- per month (inclusive of all allowances).
Facilities	Semi-furnished campus accommodation, conveyance with fuel, and utility bill compensation.
Duration	1 year probation, followed by a 3-year extendable contract.
