- Preference will be given to candidates with relevant international qualifications.
- Applications should include one photograph, attested photocopies of relevant documents (qualifications, experiences, publications, Domicile, and CNIC), three current referral letters, and a brief curriculum vitae in a sealed envelope.
- Government or public sector employees should apply through the proper channel with a No Objection Certificate (NOC).
- Incomplete applications will not be entertained.

- A pre-interview test (MCQs) may be held to shortlist candidates for posts with a large number of applicants.
