Advertisement for Recruitment of Chowkidar

Applications are invited from residents of Mardan district to fill the regular vacant posts of Chowkidar in schools under the control of the Elementary and Secondary Education Department Mardan (Female), according to the policy, rules, and regulations set by the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Applications must reach the undersigned's office during office hours within 14 days after the date of publication of this advertisement. Incomplete applications or applications received after the last date will not be accepted.

General Conditions

1. All appointments will be purely on merit basis according to the rules and prescribed procedure set by the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
2. All appointments will be based on Mardan district domicile. Candidates must have a domicile and computerized National Identity Card of Mardan district.
3. In case of an incomplete form, the application form will be automatically considered cancelled, for which no appeal will be accepted.
4. Disabled/Minority/Transgender quota will be applicable as per government rules, provided the disability does not hinder the performance of duties.
5. Age limit will be counted till the last date of the application form; age should not be less than 18 years and not more than 40 years.
6. In case of appointment, the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa 1973 Civil Servants (Amended) Act 2022 will be applicable to these candidates.
7. No change in the permanent address of domicile/identity card will be acceptable after the last date of the application form, and applications/documents received after the specified date will not be acceptable.
8. Information for the interview will be given in the newspaper or on the DEO (Female) official Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/deofemalemardan. No TA/DA will be given for applying or appearing for the interview.
9. The competent authority reserves the right to amend, cancel the advertisement, or increase/decrease the number of vacancies according to government policy.

Following attested documents must be attached with the application form, otherwise, the form will not be considered acceptable:
(1) One photograph (2) Copy of Identity Card (3) Copy of Domicile (4) Union Council Certificate.
