How to Apply?
- Necessary Instructions Terms and Conditions:- 1- Candidates having the required educational qualifications are eligible to apply. 2. Candidates having local domicile of the concerned district will be eligible to submit the application. 3- Age limit is 18 to 28 years and according to Balochistan government concession, 43 years old hopefuls will be eligible to submit application. 4. Government employees should send application through their department.
- 5. The posts are being advertised as per the information received from the concerned District Education Officer, only applications for them will be received and no variation will be entertained. Applications will be received for the advertised vacancies only and merit list will be prepared accordingly, and no other vacancies will be considered.
- 6. The confirmed and school-wise list of advertised vacancies will be displayed at a prominent place in the offices of the respective District Education Officers. 7
- . The merit list for high school and office vacancies will be prepared at the district and nidal and primary school level at the level of the respective union council, and the limits of the union council will be determined as per the prevailing notification of the local government department.
- 8. There will be written tests and interviews for all the posts while only interview will be held for class IV posts. 9. Application on plain paper along with educational certificates, computerized identity card, attested copy of local domicile and 2 recent photographs are mandatory, and incomplete application will not be accepted.
- 10. Application complete in all respects can be submitted in the offices of the concerned District Education Officer by 102 August 2023.
- 11. The candidate will be eligible for the test of the post for which he will submit the application and will not be entitled to any change in the application, however, the candidate can submit a separate application for each post.
- 12. For all the posts (Male / Female) both candidates will be eligible and according to Rowans 05% disabled 50 minority and 05 female Quetta will be allocated according to the vacancies of each cadre. 13 For allotment of reserved quota posts, the Recruitment Committee shall have the power to allocate any office of School Union Council to the disabled, minority and female quota and the Journal Merit candidates shall not have the right to appeal/appointment to this post.
- 14 Test interview schedule will be advertised through newspapers.
- 15. All candidates submit fresh application and get receipt, no application by post will be accepted.
- Only those candidates will be allowed to appear in the test interview who have the receipt of submission of application and their name is included in the final list of candidates, the final list of candidates will be issued by the District Education Officer after the last date of submission of application.
- 16- All the vacancies will be filled on the basis of merit. In the light of the decisions of the Department of Justice, no landlord will be obliged to give priority to the heirs of the deceased or retired employees. In this case, the dependents of the government of Balochistan can submit separate applications under the prevailing quota, which will be processed according to the prevailing route.
- 17. The decision of the Recruitment Committee will be final.
- 18. In case of selection, the educational certificates and other documents will be verified (within 90 days) from the concerned institutions before payment of the first salary to the candidate, the expenses of which will be borne by the candidate.
- Meanwhile, the candidate has to submit an affidavit to the selection committee that he will be considered ineligible if his educational certificates and other documents are bogus, or from institutions not approved by HEC and his employment can be dismissed at any time without any notice and no excuse will be accepted.
- 19. Merit list will be effective once for recruitment and waiting list will not be admissible under any circumstances.
- 20. No compensation of any kind will be given to those appearing for MET interview.
