4	AT	BPS-15	35-19 years	(I) Bachelor's degree from any recognized university, along with a valid degree in Arabic/Islamic Studies from Wifaq ul Madaris Al-Arabia Pakistan, Tanzeem ul Madaris, or any other government-recognized institution, or a Master's degree in Arabic. (II) Must obtain compulsory in-service training from government institutions RPDC/DPD within 9 months after selection and appointment.

Selection Criteria:

The total marks for selection are 200, divided as follows:

• Test: 100 marks
• Academic Qualification: 100 marks

The distribution of marks for academic qualifications is as follows:

For a four-year degree program, the 35 marks are distributed as follows: 20 for BA/BSc and 15 for MA/MSc. In the case of a professional MA Education, the marks distribution will be as per policy. For a two-year B.Ed degree or a four-year BS Education degree, 20 marks will be calculated, with 15 for B.Ed and 15 for M.Ed.

General Conditions:

• Candidates must apply only for one post.
• Original documents will be verified at the time of the interview.
• Candidates must bring original documents along with attested photocopies.
• Government employees must apply through proper channels.
• Age relaxation will be as per government rules.
• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews/tests.
• No TA/DA will be given for the test/interview.

• Candidates with a 3rd division in their academic career are not eligible.
• Candidates must have a minimum CGPA of 2.50/4.00 or 60% marks in the annual system in their Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Candidates must have a valid CNIC.
• Candidates must be residents of the Jandola sub-division.
• Candidates must submit an affidavit stating that they will not request a transfer for the first five years.
• ETEA will conduct the test.
• Candidates must bring their roll number slip and original CNIC to the test center.
• The last date for submission of the application form is March 17, 2025.
• Candidates who have obtained degrees from private universities must have their degrees recognized by HEC.
• Candidates with degrees obtained through distance learning must have their degrees recognized by HEC.
• Candidates who have passed the relevant test/interview through unfair means will be disqualified permanently.
• Candidates must meet the required criteria by the closing date.
• Candidates with degrees in B.Ed/M.Ed/ADE must have their degrees recognized by HEC.
• Candidates with degrees in AITT/TT/AT must have their degrees recognized by HEC.
• Candidates must have passed the relevant subject in the ETEA test conducted in 2017 or later.
• The advertisement is subject to correction/cancellation.
• The decision of the competent authority will be final in case of any ambiguity.
