Eligibility Criteria
- Age: 40 to 55 years
- Qualification:
- Option 1: M.A/M.Sc. (min. 2nd Division) with 20 years of administrative and teaching experience in BPS-17+ in the public sector.
- Option 2: Retired Army personnel (rank of Colonel or equivalent in Navy/Air Force) from the Education Corps.
