Advertisement for Recruitment of Chowkidar (Watchman)
Applications are invited from residents of District Shangla for the recruitment to the vacant posts of Chowkidar in schools managed by the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education District Shangla (Male), under the policy, rules, and regulations formulated by the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Applications must be submitted to the undersigned office within ten (10) days after the publication of this advertisement during office hours. Previously submitted applications will not be processed.

General Conditions:
(1) All appointments will be purely on merit basis according to the rules and procedures set by the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
(2) The candidate must be a resident of District Shangla, for which a domicile certificate of District Shangla and a computerized National Identity Card are essential.
(3) Quotas for disabled, minority, and transgender candidates will be applicable according to government rules.
(4) Disability that hinders the performance of the duties of a Chowkidar will not be acceptable.
(5) The age limit for all candidates will be counted until the last date of receipt of the application form, which should not be less than 18 years and not more than 40 years.
(6) In case of appointment, the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Civil Servants Act 1973 (Amended 2022) will be applicable to the candidates.
(7) Change in permanent address in domicile, identity card, or any documents after the last date of application form submission will not be acceptable.
(8) Documents made after the fixed date will not be acceptable.
(9) Incomplete or late application forms will not be accepted.
(10) The competent authority reserves the right to change, amend, cancel the advertisement, or increase/decrease the number of posts according to government policy.
(11) No TA/DA will be given to the candidates.
(12) The interview schedule will be published on the official page of DEO Male District Shangla and displayed on the office notice board.
(13) It is mandatory to attach the following attested documents with the application form:
(i) One passport-size photograph

(iii) Domicile
(iv) Original Union Council Certificate
