Rules and Regulations
- Note: The number of posts can be increased or decreased.
- Applicants who meet the following requirements should apply for the mentioned posts on the Government of Sindh job portal at, meaning applicants must have successfully passed the General Screening Test of Graduation Category with at least 40 marks conducted by Sukkur IBA Testing Services (STS) and possess its certificate issued by STS as required for appointment to the said posts.
- The age of applicants who applied for the test before the announcement of the Sindh Civil Servants (Relaxation of Upper Age Limit) Rules 2024, dated October 16, 2024, will be calculated from the last date of application submission i.e., 30.11.2021. However, for those applying after the announcement of the above rules, 05 years and age calculation will be done from 12-05-2025 as provided in the Services, General Administration & Coordination Department's Notification No. SO-II(SGA&CD)5-64/2011 (Part-I) dated December 02, 2025.
- The quota shares reserved for initial appointment will be followed according to the Government of Sindh's law rules/policy.
- Applicants already in government service should obtain an NOC from their department before submitting the application and bring the original copy of the NOC at the time of interview to submit before the Departmental Selection Committee.
- Appointments will be made according to the policy notified by the Government of Sindh on 26.04.2023 and under the provisions of the Sindh Civil Servants Act 1973 and its rules as amended from time to time.
- Applicants should appear before the Departmental Selection Committee No. at the time of interview with original documents as per the schedule uploaded on the job portal.
- TA/DA will not be given for the interview.
