Advertisement for Recruitment of Watchman
Applications are invited from permanent residents of District Khyber for the vacant posts of watchmen in the (female) schools under the control of the Elementary and Secondary Education Department, District Khyber. Applications must reach the undersigned's office within 15 days of the publication of this advertisement during office hours. Applications must be complete in all respects.

General Terms
- All appointments will be purely on merit basis according to the rules and proposed procedure prescribed by Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
- All appointments will be on the basis of domicile of District Khyber. The candidate's domicile and computerized National Identity Card must be from District Khyber.
- In case of an incomplete form, the application form will be automatically considered canceled, for which no appeal will be accepted.
- Disabled/Minority/Transgender quota will be applicable according to government rules, provided the disability does not hinder the performance of duties.
- The age limit will be counted till the last date of the application form. Age should not be less than 18 years and not more than 40 years.
- In case of appointment, the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Civil Servant (Amended) Act 2022 will be applicable to these candidates.
- No change in the permanent address of the domicile/identity card will be acceptable after the last date of the application form.
- Applications already submitted and those received after the due date will not be acceptable.
- Candidates will be informed about the interview through the DEO (Female) notice board and official Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=61560559491840
- No TA/DA will be given for applying and coming for the interview.
- The competent authority reserves the right to amend, cancel the advertisement, or increase/decrease the number of posts according to government policy.
- The following attested documents must be attached with the application form, otherwise, the form will not be acceptable:
(1) One photograph. (2) Copy of Identity Card. (3) Copy of Domicile. (4) VC/NC Certificate.
Note: Attach certified copies of all documents with the form. Disabled persons should attach a certified copy of their disability certificate and identity card mentioning the percentage of disability. Individuals applying for the minority quota should also attach a certified minority certificate.
