SENIOR DIRECTOR
BUSINESS PROCESS ADMINISTRATION & REENGINEERING
Our client, one of the major Energy Planning and Operations Organizations, is seeking a dynamic individual for the subject role. This role demands strong management leadership, strategic mindset overseeing business process improvements & enhancements, governance, assessment, re-engineering, monitoring, change management, as well as risk management ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices and smooth coordination with stakeholders.
The Senior Director - BPAR will provide strategic advisory support for business transformation initiatives, lead a cross-functional teams of management professionals of various sectors, ensuring that company's business processes remain efficient, scalable, and aligned with the organization's long-term vision.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualification and Experience:
Must have either a MBA, MIT, MSc or BS degree (16 years of HEC equivalent education) in Business Administration, Computer Sciences, or Project Management, with minimum 15 years of post-qualification experience in Public/Private or International Organization. Age not to exceed 57 at the time of closing of advertisement.
The position would be on an extendable Three (3) year contract, as per statutory requirements. Comprehensive compensation and benefits package aligned with market standards. Candidates are welcome to mention their expected salary.
