| Brief Job Description | STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP: Lead the Corporate & Financial Institutions (Fls) business line with full responsibility for portfolio growth, profitability, and risk management. PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT: Drive the design and rollout of Conventional and Islamic financing solutions, ensuring Shariah compliance and alignment with global best practices. COMMERCIAL STRATEGY: Develop and implement strategies to market lending, insurance, and risk-mitigation products to SMEs, Corporations, and Fls. STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT: Build and maintain strong relationships with SBP, Chambers of Commerce, TDAP, export associations, and international ECAs. RISK & COMPLIANCE: Ensure robust credit, risk, and compliance frameworks in line with international standards. TEAM LEADERSHIP: Attract, develop, and retain a high-performing team capable of delivering innovation and growth. GLOBAL INTEGRATION: Establish correspondent relationships and partnerships with domestic and international Fls, ECAs, and multilateral agencies. DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION: Collaborate with technology teams to digitalise trade finance delivery, client onboarding, and reporting. EXECUTIVE ROLE: Serve as a member of EXIM Bank's Executive Management Team, advising senior leadership on Corporate & Fls strategy. |
| Qualification | Minimum of a Master's in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related field. Degrees must be from a local or international university recognised by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan. CFA, FRM, CA, CMA will be an asset. |
| Experience | Minimum fifteen (15) years of relevant banking experience in Pakistan. At least five (5) years in a senior leadership role managing Corporate & FI portfolios, with full P&L accountability. Experience with an ECA will be an asset. Proven track record in product development, client relationship management, and strategic business growth. Understanding of the role of EXIMs, ECAs in promoting national exports. |
