Deputy GM BCS	None	Bachelor's/Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Town Planning, or a related field. Preferably 10-15 years of relevant experience in building control, real estate development, housing societies, construction, or a regulatory authority.	None
Manager BCS	None	B.Sc Civil Engineering. 7-10 years of relevant experience in building control, real estate development, housing societies, construction, or a regulatory authority.	None
Assistant Manager BCS	None	DAE Civil (3 Years). 5 years of relevant experience in building control, construction supervision, architectural scrutiny, or real-estate development. Experience in housing societies/building control departments will be preferred.	None
Assistant Manager Estate	None	Bachelor's. 3-5 years of relevant experience in estate management, property management, real estate operations, or a development organization.	None
Assistant Manager Transfer	None	Bachelor's. 3-5 years of relevant experience in estate management, property management, real estate operations, or a development organization. Strong knowledge of property transfer procedures, allotment records, ownership documentation, and customer dealing.	None
