2. Project Manager
- Qualification & Experience: B.Sc (Civil Engineering) with 7 to 10 years of experience in project management of large-scale housing or infrastructure development projects. Must be able to plan, organize, and supervise infrastructure development works and ensure project execution in compliance with designs. PEC Registration is mandatory [1.1].
- Responsibilities: Ensure project execution, plan and supervise development works (roads, water supply, sewerage, electrification, etc.), and monitor projects closely [1.1].

3. Electrician
- Qualification & Experience: DAE Electrical / FA / Matric with a minimum of 5 years of proven experience, including in housing societies for overhead transformer installation, DB Box installation, meter installation, street light panels, AC/UPS, and generator electrification. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, safety codes, and best practices. Physically fit and comfortable working at heights. Age limit: 30 to 45 years. WAPDA employees with relevant experience in housing societies will be preferred [1.1].
- Responsibilities: Install, repair, and maintain overhead electrical wiring, lines, and equipment [1.1].

4. CCTV Operator
- Qualification & Experience: Intermediate (FA/FSC) / CCTV Diploma / DIT with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in CCTV camera installation, wireless configuration, and DVR/NVR online setup. Ability to operate and monitor CCTV systems effectively and work in shifts under pressure [1.1].
