Faisalabad Industrial Estate Development & Management Company (FIEDMC) is incorporated as a not-for-profit company under Section 42 of Companies Ordinance 1984 (now Companies Act 2017) by the Government of Punjab. FIEDMC is mandated to achieve orderly, planned and rapid industrialization in the province of the Punjab by developing/upgrading its existing infrastructure.

Minimum 15 years of post qualification experience in relevant field in a public/private sector organization. Holding a Master Degree in Law/Business Administration/Public Administration from HEC recognized university/institution with minimum 15 years of relevant experience.

The candidate must meet eligibility criteria for Company Secretaries (Corporate Governance) Rules 2013, SECP Corporate Governance Rules 2013, SECP Corporate Governance Rules 2017, SECP Governance Affairs.

Proficiency with provisions of Companies Act 2017, Code of Corporate Governance and Public Sector Companies (Corporate Governance) Rules 2017, SECP Governance Affairs.

The candidate should be able to organize Shareholders meetings, Board meetings, Board Committee Meetings, and General Meetings, prepare minutes and contribute to track legal, regulatory & statutory implications.

Minimum 10 years of post qualification experience in accounts, finance and audit in a public sector organization. Minimum 08 years post qualification experience in relevant field. Preference will be given to candidates having exposure to planning, budgeting, financial management and financial reporting including IFRS, IAS, compliance & regulatory affairs, and management level & leadership positions.

Strong understanding of building codes, construction materials, and architectural detailing.
