1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an HEC recognized university with title of Professional Engineer from Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).<br>2. Master in Engineering Management, Project Management or Construction Management will be preferred.<br>3. More than 10 years of post-qualification experience in planning, execution, and management of large-scale civil works projects.<br>4. Experience of government/PSDP project and multi-site infrastructure will be preferred. |

1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an HEC-recognized university with title of Professional Engineer from Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC)<br>2.
