Hiring of Advocates – Panel of Advocates (Service Law)

Positions

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Law; HEC equivalence certificate if degree is from a foreign university; Enrolled with the Bar Council as an Advocate High Court / Supreme Court; At least 3 years of practice/experience as an Advocate High Court / Supreme Court in service law, constitutional law, administrative law or related litigation; Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills in English and Urdu

Experience

At least three (03) years' practice/experience as an Advocate High Court/Supreme Court in service law, constitutional law, administrative law or related litigation. Preference given to advocates with experience before Federal Service Tribunal, High Courts, Supreme Court of Pakistan, and Federal Constitutional Court in service matters.

Pay Scale

Remuneration shall be paid on a case-to-case basis in accordance with FBR's approved professional fee structure
