HIRING SERVICES OF "CONSULTANT INVESTMENT"
Federal Employees Benevolent and Group Insurance Funds (FEB & GIF) is a corporate body under the administrative control of the Establishment Division. It provides collective welfare and insurance coverage to the employees/families of the Federal Government. The organization intends to appoint an Investment Consultant on a contract basis to manage a very large investment portfolio. Result-oriented persons fulfilling the criteria mentioned below and willing to work under a given time schedule and high standards of performance may apply for the post:
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- CFA qualified with a minimum of ten (10) years of post-qualification relevant experience dealing in Government Securities, equity market, and other financial instruments with a reputable investment management organization, an asset management company, a bank, a financial institution, or a brokerage house may apply with confidence. The job description of the post can be downloaded from the website i.e. www.febgif.gov.pk.
- Maximum age limit: up to 50 years.
EMOLUMENTS:
- Market-based monthly remuneration and other benefits shall be offered to the selected candidate as per qualification and relevant experience during the interview.
- In the case of selection, the selected candidate, if working in a Government Department or Autonomous or Semi-Autonomous Body, will have to resign or seek retirement before joining the new assignment.
TENURE:
- The selected candidate shall be appointed initially for a period of two years on a contract basis, extendable as per applicable government rules, upon satisfactory performance assessed under the approved Job description and KPIs. The appointee may resign in writing or the FEB & GIF may terminate their services within a three-month notice period or payment of salary thereof by both sides.
- The advertisement/Job description for the post of Investment Consultant is available on the FEB & GIF's website www.febgif.gov.pk. Eligible candidates are advised to apply online through the National Job Portal web link i.e. https://njp.gov.pk/ within 15 days from the date of publication of the advertisement. Only shortlisted candidates shall be invited for test/interview. Candidates will be required to bring Original Documents and two (2) sets of attested copies of the same at the time of the interview. Appointment shall be subject to verification of education/other documents and antecedents. If the documents of the appointee are found fake at any stage, the services of the appointee shall be liable to be terminated and strict legal action will also be taken. Candidates already serving in Government Departments/Autonomous Bodies/Semi-Autonomous Bodies/Corporations etc. should apply through proper channels. The FEB & GIF reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process or decrease the position(s) at any stage without assigning any reason.
- The candidates shall not be entitled to any TA/DA for appearing in the test/interview. The FEB & GIF reserves the right not to fill any vacancy if the circumstances so warrant.
