DETERMINATION OF AGE AND QUALIFICATION
- Continuous Govt service on the closing date of receipt of applications.
- Age relaxation will be determined on closing date for receipt of applications.
- Candidates applying for more than one categories shall be allowed age relaxation only in one category.
- Government Servant, Semi-Government Servant, Autonomous Body Servant, Retired Tribes of the Tribal Areas, Azad Kashmir, Gilgit Baltistan, Sindh and Balochistan are eligible to apply.
- The age relaxation for government servants is 5 years. The age relaxation for retired tribes of the tribal areas is 5 years.
- The age relaxation for disabled persons is 10 years.
- The age relaxation for widows/disabled children of deceased government servants is 5 years.
- The age relaxation for candidates from Sindh and Balochistan is 3 years.
- The age relaxation for candidates from Azad Kashmir and Gilgit Baltistan is 3 years.
- The age relaxation for candidates from FATA is 3 years.
- The age relaxation for candidates from Punjab is 3 years.
- The age relaxation for candidates from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is 3 years.
- The age relaxation for candidates from overseas is 3 years.
- The age relaxation for candidates from all other regions is 3 years.
PLACE OF POSTING
The selected candidates will be posted anywhere in Pakistan (including Azad Kashmir and Gilgit Baltistan) and will also be posted in Sir Syed School & College of Special Education Rawalpindi Cantt.
REGISTRATION PROCESS
- Candidates are required to apply online on our website (This Hard Copy will be entertained)
- Candidates applying for more than one post shall apply separately for each post.
- The online application form will be available from 12 April 2026 to 27 April 2026.
- Based on scrutiny of applications, eligible short listed candidates will be called for written test. Written test will be conducted at Peshawar, Wah, Rawalpindi, Lahore, Multan, Karachi and Quetta. Information about the test center will be provided on the website and also through SMS.
- Candidates are required to bring original CNIC and original roll number slip at the time of test.
INTERVIEW/SELECTION PROCESS
- Short listed candidates will be called for interview. The list of short listed candidates will be provided on the website and also through SMS.
- Candidates must produce original documents including experience certificates at the time of interview.
- Candidates must produce original academic and professional certificates and original domicile certificate at the time of interview.
MISCELLANEOUS
- No TA/DA will be entertained for any test or interview.
- The department has the right to increase or decrease the number of posts.
- The department has the right to cancel the recruitment process at any time without assigning any reason.
- The department has the right to reject any application without assigning any reason.
- The department has the right to make any changes in the terms and conditions of the advertisement.
