- Experience from well-known national or international firms/companies/institutions/organizations/banks/NGOs will be considered if they are registered/incorporated with the relevant government department/institution, maintain offices, and have a proper registration/reference number.
- Candidates who fail to submit the required documents or provide incorrect/incomplete information within the given time will be disqualified. Candidates should have their documents ready for submission to FPSC by the due date.

- Candidate eligibility is reckoned up to the closing date for applications.

Admission Certificate
- Admission Certificates for the Screening/Descriptive Test will be available on the FPSC website (www.fpsc.gov.pk) a couple of weeks before the exam. Candidates should check the website regularly for updates. Information may also be sent via SMS, but no information will be sent by post.

Conduct of Test
- The test/examination for Consolidated Advertisement No. 1/2025 is tentatively scheduled to begin on May 24, 2025. The test schedule and syllabus will be available on the FPSC website after the advertisement publication. No separate information will be issued, so candidates must check the website for updates.
- Candidates must bring their original CNIC, Treasury Receipt, and a downloaded copy of their Admission Certificate to the Screening/Written Test. Candidates without an original Treasury Receipt will not be allowed entry. Photocopies or bank scrolls of the TR will not be accepted. Candidates should keep the original TR to avoid issues at entry.

- The Commission may publish the syllabi for the screening (MCQ) test or written (descriptive) examination on its website. Candidates should regularly visit the FPSC website to ensure they have studied the syllabus and printed the Admission Certificate for the test of the post applied for.
- Detailed General Instructions and guidelines for online applications are available on the website.
- No hard copy of the online application is required from applicants.
- No manual applications will be accepted for General Recruitment cases. Only online applications will be processed and admitted if submitted on or before the announced cut-off date for the respective case.

3. Application Fee:
- The fee rates for various posts are as follows:
- BS-16 to 17: Rs. 300/-
- BS-18: Rs. 750/-
- BS-19: Rs. 1200/-
- BS-20 and above: Rs. 1500/-
- The fee must be deposited on or before the closing date in the nearest Government treasury, a branch of the National Bank of Pakistan, or a State treasury authorized to conduct business on behalf of the Government under the head "C02101-ORGANS OF STATE EXAMINATION FEE REALIZED BY FPSC." Bank drafts, checks, and postal orders are not acceptable.
- Original T.R. (Treasury Receipt) should be preserved and provided to the supervisory staff at the time of the test/examination at the center indicated on the Admission Certificate. Photocopies or bank scrolls are not acceptable.
- T.R. should not be sent to FPSC in advance but provided at the time of the test/exam or when requested.

4. Relaxation in Upper Age Limit:
The maximum age limit prescribed under the Recruitment Rules will be relaxed according to the Initial Appointment to Civil Posts (Relaxation of Upper Age Limit) Rules, 1993 (as amended). Details are available in para-6 of the General Instructions on the FPSC website.

5. Shortlisting criteria for interview:
Candidates will be shortlisted for interviews according to the Commission's policy outlined in para-16 (A, B & C) of the General Instructions.
