Vacancy Details
- Position: President / CEO, National Bank of Pakistan (NBP).
- Legal Basis: Filled in accordance with Section 11(3)(a) of the Banks (Nationalization) Act, 1974.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Qualification: Minimum of graduation or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local or foreign institution.
- Experience: Must be a career banker with at least 5 years of experience at a senior level (Executive Vice President and above, or equivalent) in a bank/DFI.
- Age Limit: Between 40 to 62 years old as of the closing date.
- Eligibility: Must be a Pakistani national. Applicants must be in the State Bank of Pakistan's (SBP) panel of professional bankers and meet the SBP's "Fit & Proper Test Criteria."
- Emoluments: Terms and conditions will be settled according to the BNA, 1974.
