FATIMA JINNAH MEDICAL UNIVERSITY, LAHORE PUNJAB (PAKISTAN)

Applications are invited from the suitable candidates possessing domicile of Punjab to fill the following University Created Posts in different Departments of Fatima Jinnah Medical University, Lahore under the following terms and conditions:

  1. Recruitment shall be made under Contract Appointment Policy 2004 (amended in 2022)/Service Statutes of FJMU/FIMU Act-2015 on contract basis for a period of Three (03) years, extendable subject to good performance.
  2. Age, Qualification and Experience as per eligibility criteria. Age relaxation will be granted as per existing policy of the Govt. of the Punjab.
  3. No application will be entertained if received after due date or submitted other than through online.
  4. No TA/DA will be paid to candidates for Test/ Interview.
  5. Only short-listed candidates will be called for Test/Interview.
  6. Number of Posts may be increased/decreased according to requirement. The Institute reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process for any post, at any stage, without assigning any reason.
  7. Candidates, if already doing job in Govt/ Semi Govt./ Autonomous Bodies, should submit their applications through Proper Channel.
  8. The vacancies shall be filled purely on merit under Academic Qualifications, Experience and Progress in Interview.
  9. The applicant having Foreign Degree must have HEC Equivalence Certificate.

OR (i) M.Phil. or MPH or MBA (Healthcare) from an institute or a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission; and (ii) Twelve years relevant experience in a medical college or teaching hospital or an institute or a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission.

Deputy Director (Medical Edu) (BPS-18)

25-40 years

(i) M.Sc. or MME or Diploma in Medical Education or equivalent qualification after MBBS from an institute or a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission; and (ii) Three years' teaching or administrative or research experience in a medical college or university recognized by the Higher Education Commission. OR (i) MBBS with Diploma in Medical Education or equivalent qualification from an institute or a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission; and (ii) Five years' experience of teaching or administration or research in a Medical College or University recognized by the Higher Education Commission.

Deputy Registrar (BPS-18)

25-45 years

(i) MBBS or BDS from an institute or a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission; and (ii) Five years relevant experience in a medical institute or teaching hospital or an institute or a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission.

Deputy Controller of Examinations (BPS-18)

25-45 years

(i) Eighteen years education (second division) from an institute or a university recognized by the Higher Education; and (ii) Five years' relevant experience in a public or private sector or a government or semi government institute or an autonomous body or a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission.

Senior Engineer (Electrical)/XEN (Electrical) (BPS-18)

25-45 years

(i) MBBS or BS or MPhil or MBA or M.Sc. or MCS or equivalent qualification from an institute or university recognized by the Higher Education Commission; and (ii) Five years' relevant experience in BPS-17 or above in an autonomous body or Board or University recognized by the Higher Education Commission. OR (i) B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering (second division) or equivalent qualification from an institute or university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (Registered with Pakistan Engineering Council as Engineer in Electrical); and (ii) Five years' experience of executive level in construction sector.

Deputy Director (Quality Ens) (BPS-18)

23-45 Years

(i) MS in Total Quality Management (second division) or equivalent qualification from an institute or a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission; and (ii) Five years' relevant experience in a public or private sector institute or a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission.

Sub Divisional Officer (BPS-17)

(i) B.Sc. Civil Engineering (second division) or equivalent qualification from an institute or a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission; and (ii) Two years experience of estimating or quantity surveying or technical scrutiny of project estimates and monitoring and evaluation of work in public or private sector.

Assistant Director (Medical Education) (BPS-17)

23-35 years

MBBS with Diploma or Certificate in Medical Education from an institute or university recognized by the Higher Education Commission.

(i) B.Sc.
