Advertisement for Recruitment under Deceased Quota
According to the notifications from the Services and General Administration Department (S&GAD), Government of Balochistan, applications are invited from the survivors (widows/orphaned children) of deceased employees of the Forest and Wildlife Department, Balochistan.
Eligibility Criteria
Only those survivors are eligible whose parent/spouse (the government servant) passed away during service between April 18, 2007, and October 18, 2024.
Required Documents
- Original application from the widow or children.
- Copy of the deceased employee’s Death Certificate.
- Copy of the Succession Certificate.
- Copy of the Pension Payment Order (PPO) or Pension Roll Sheet.
- Copy of the Obituary Notification.
- Copy of the CNIC of the Guardian (applicant).
- Copy of the Family Registration Certificate (FRC) issued by NADRA.
- In the case of a widow, a Non-Marriage Certificate.
- An Affidavit/No Objection Certificate (NOC): If anyone other than the widow or a single child is applying, all other legal heirs must submit a magistrate-verified affidavit stating they have no objection to the appointment of the applicant.
- Attested copies of the applicant’s educational certificates, Local/Domicile certificate, CNIC, and 3 passport-sized photographs.
Important Instructions
- All applications along with the required documents can be submitted to the provincial and district offices of the Forest and Wildlife Department during official working hours.
- Applications must be submitted within 15 days of the publication of this advertisement.
