Applications are invited from eligible candidates under the recruitment policy of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the following vacant provincial positions in the Buner Watershed Division, Swat (Forestry Department).

Terms and Conditions

All appointments will be made in accordance with the prevailing laws of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

All candidates must pass the physical test conducted by ETEA.

Only candidates who successfully pass the physical test (conducted by ETEA) will be allowed to sit for the Screening Test.

The competent authority reserves the right to disqualify a candidate at any stage if any discrepancy or false information is found.

Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.

Interview details will be sent via SMS. Candidates must keep their provided mobile numbers active; otherwise, the responsibility lies with the candidate.

Applications from candidates who do not possess the required qualification by the last date of application will not be accepted.

Incomplete applications or those received after the due date will not be entertained.

Age relaxation will be given as per government rules.

The competent authority reserves the right to cancel or change the number of posts without assigning any reason.

Government or semi-government employees must apply through the proper channel; otherwise, their applications will not be processed.

No TA/DA (Travel Allowance / Daily Allowance) will be provided for tests or interviews.

Candidates selected for these positions must obtain a mandatory local forest school training certificate from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

In case of leaving the job before three years, the selected Forest Guard will be required to reimburse all training expenses.

Original educational documents must be presented at the time of the interview.

The dates for the screening test and interview will be announced later.

Educational degrees and certificates are subject to verification by the respective boards/universities at the candidate's expense. If found fake, legal action will be initiated, and the candidate will be disqualified.

For non-local degrees, an equivalence certificate from the Higher Education Commission (HEC) is mandatory.

Successful candidates must submit a Medical Certificate and a Police Clearance Certificate to the office within one week of selection.

Application Procedure

Before applying, candidates must visit the ETEA website to create/update their profile and verify their CNIC via the NADRA e-Sahulat kiosk. Applications cannot be submitted without this verification. After profile verification, print the deposit slip from the website and deposit the test fee at any UBL Bank branch, EasyPaisa App, or EasyPaisa Agent. Keep the original deposit slip safe.
