HIRING OF CONSULTANT FOR CIVIL WORKS

Sindh Forest Department invites Curriculum Vitae (C.V) along with attested documents from eligible individual consultants for providing services for the supervision of civil works under development scheme titled "Afforestation & Reforestation of Degraded Forest Ecosystems for Enhancing Carbon Sequestration to Secure Carbon Financing" at District Korangi (Forest Campus Model Colony Karachi) for the period of 18 months. The interested candidates shall have following criteria:

1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineer.
2. Valid Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council.
3. At least 15 years' relevant experience.
4. Project management professional certification would be an added advantage.
5. The consultant should possess domicile of Sindh.

A consultant will be selected in accordance with Rule-72 (8) of The Sindh Public Procurement Rules, 2010 (Amended 2019).

1. The candidates shall have to produce original certificates, degrees & experience certificates at the time of interview.
2. Interview call letters shall be communicated only to the shortlisted candidates after proper scrutiny by the Consultant Selection Committee.
3. The candidate shall be selected if he agrees to perform as per TOR's / Technical requisites of construction site.
4. CVs received after due date shall not be entertained.
5. No T.A/D.A shall be given for appearing in interview.
6. The CVs along with a set of attested documents should be sent to the office of the Divisional Forest Officer, Coastal Forest Division Sujawal @ Karachi situated at Forest Campus, Jinnah Avenue Road, Model Colony Karachi.
7. Last date for receiving CVs is 25.01.2026.
