- Preference will be given to candidates holding a Balochistan domicile, but candidates from other provinces may also apply.
- Certified copies of Matric, F.Sc (Pre-Medical), MBBS, FCPS/MS/MD education certificates, experience certificates, domicile, CNIC, and two passport-sized photographs must be sent with the application.
