Qualifications
MBBS or equivalent qualification from a recognized university/institute registered in PM & DC; PM & DC Level-II (a) or (b)/Level-III or equivalent qualification in the relevant subject/specialty recognized by PM & DC; Clinical experience of 03 years with Level-II and 02 years with Level-III in the relevant specialty/field. For Supervisory PG Training Program: As per CPSP policy; at least holds position of Assistant Professor approved by CPSP; 05 years post fellowship experience after acquiring FCPS/FRCS/FRCP/MRCP/MS/MD or equivalent qualifications recognized by CPSP; valid PMDC registration certificate; photocopies of four mandatory workshop certificates for supervisors.
Experience
03 years with Level-II and 02 years with Level-III in relevant specialty/field; 05 years post fellowship experience for Supervisory PG Training Program
Pay Scale
Fixed Pay (SPS): Specialist doctors (qualified) Rs. 5,350,000/month; Specialist doctors (Trained) Rs. 300,000/month; Supervisor of Gynaecologist post at RHQ Hospital Chilas Rs. 500,000/month
