How to Apply?

• Not be more than sixty (60) years of age on the last date fixed for the submission of application. Have earned a Ph.D. in the field of Economics/Engineering/Management/Public Administration from a reputed HEC recognized University.
• Preference will be given to the PhDs from one of the top 100 universities in the QS Ranking.
• Have at least 18 years of teaching/research experience in any HEC-recognized University/Technical and Vocational Institute in total.
• 10 years of administrative experience (after completion of PhD) of working in a senior academic, research and management and leadership positions, including chairperson, dean, director, pro-VC/VC with a record of impressive responsibility and authority in any recognized Technical and Vocational Institute/ University.
• Have excellent research publication record that, at a minimum, meet the criteria for appointment as a Professor in the University with minimum of 20 peer reviewed HEC recognized publications.
• Preference would be given to Journals indexed in the HRJS system of HEC (https://hjrs.gov.pk).
• Terms of Appointment and Salary
• The Executive Director shall be appointed for a term of four years and serves at the pleasure of the Gwadar Port Authority Board. The incumbent will be entitled for the BPS salary of grade 20/21, or as specified by the Selection Board or the Board of Gwadar Port Authority.
