01	Director IT	M/F	M.Phil/MS (18 yrs) or Master/Bachelor (16 yrs) in CS/SE/IT from HEC recognized university; 8–10 years post-qualification experience in relevant field.
02	Director Works	M/F	BSc Civil Engineering (PEC registered); 10 years relevant experience, preferably in healthcare projects.
03	Director Quality Assurance	M/F	Master/Bachelor (16 yrs) in TQM/Social Sciences/Management or MBBS/BDS/Pharm-D/BSN/Post-RN; 5 years relevant post-qualification experience.
04	Manager Facilities	Male	Master/Bachelor (16 yrs) in Management/Environmental Sciences/BS Engineering; 6 years relevant managerial/administrative experience.
05	Database Administrator	M/F	MSc CS/BCS (Hons) or 16-year equivalent qualification; 5 years practical experience in Oracle DBA and disaster recovery.
06	Network Administrator	M/F	Master or BS degree in Computer Sciences; 3 years practical experience in network and server administration.
07	Receptionist	M/F	BS (Hons) degree in Mass Communication/English or relevant subjects; 1 year relevant experience in a reputable hospital.

Terms & Conditions

Application Process: Forms are available on the HMC website . Completed applications must include a Bank Draft/Payment Order in favor of Hospital Director-MTI-HMC.
Application Fee:
- S.No. 01–03: 2000/- PKR (Non-Refundable)
- S.No. 04–06: 1000/- PKR (Non-Refundable)
- S.No. 07: 500/- PKR (Non-Refundable)
Deadline: Applications must be submitted within 15 days of the publication date (approximately June 7–10, 2026, based on announcement timing).
Submission: Completed applications along with CV, attested copies of certificates, two recent photos, CNIC, and Domicile must reach the HR Department, MTI-HMC, Peshawar.
General Rules: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews. Government servants must apply through the proper channel with an NOC from their parent department. No TA/DA is allowed for tests or interviews.
