MEDICAL & TEACHING INSTITUTION HAYATABAD MEDICAL COMPLEX / KGMC PESHAWAR AND ITS CONSTITUENTS

VACANCIES ANNOUNCEMENT

Applications are invited for the following posts in Medical & Teaching Institution Hayatabad Medical Complex (HMC) Hayatabad Peshawar and its constituents on Contract basis.

Specialist Registrar (Contract)	Male/Female	Upto 45	Qualification: MD/MS or Higher Qualification recognized by PM&DC/CPSP in the respective specialty from a recognized university or institution recognized by PM&DC. OR FCPS/MCPS/MRCP/FRCS or equivalent qualification in the respective specialty from SRC & recognized/registered by PM&DC. Experience: For Histopathology: Candidates having completed course M.Phil. Histopathology from a recognized University or institution recognized by PM&DC. For Radiology: CMIR/DCR/MCPS or equivalent FCPS qualified are not necessary.
02.	Cardiac Surgery Perfusionist (Contract)	Male/Female	Upto 40	Qualification: M.Sc. Perfusion Sciences (02 Years) from a recognized University/institution. Experience: At least one year recognized training experience in the relevant specialty. Note: The initial contract will be for a period of one year, which can be further extendable upon the approval of the competent authority on the basis of satisfactory performance till 50 years.
03.	Medical ICU Technician (Contract)	Male/Female	Upto 35	Qualification: F.Sc. (Pre-Medical) or equivalent qualification from recognized University or equivalent qualification recognized by PM&DC/PMC. Experience: Preference will be given to candidates with 01 Year practical Perfusion experience as a Medical officer in ICU/Cardiac Surgery.
04.	Security Officer (Contract)	Male	Upto 35	Qualification: Master's degree in Mass Communication / Social Sciences / Communication or related discipline from an HEC recognized university.
05.	Communication Officer (Contract)	Male/Female	Upto 35	Qualification: Master's degree in Mass Communication / Social Sciences / Communication or related discipline from an HEC recognized university. Experience: Preference will be given to candidates with relevant experience in a public relations organization, preferably in media relations or public relations of large complex institutions.
06.	Optometrist (Contract)	Male/Female	Upto 35	Qualification: Master's degree in Optometry from recognized university or equivalent qualification recognized by PM&DC/PMC. Experience: Preference will be given to candidates with relevant experience in Optometry.
07.	ICT Cardiac Surgery Perfusionist (Contract)	Male/Female	Upto 40	Qualification: F.Sc. (Pre-Medical) or equivalent qualification from recognized University or equivalent qualification recognized by PM&DC/PMC. Experience: Preference will be given to candidates with relevant experience in cardiac surgery perfusion.
08.	HVAC Technician (Contract)	Male	Upto 35	Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Technology (03 Years) from a recognized Technical Board. Experience: At least 03 years practical experience in any Govt. recognized institution/Hospital/work setting.
09.	Trainee Pharmacist	Male/Female	Upto 35	Qualification: Pharm-D (05 Years) from a recognized University or equivalent qualification recognized by PM&DC/PMC. Experience: Preference will be given to candidates with relevant experience in a hospital setting.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Age relaxation will be admissible as per Government rules.
2. Application Form is available on HMC website i.e. http://www.hmc.edu.pk/download-form.php. Applications accompanied with complete bio-data and academic/experience domicile certificates/along with valid PMC/PM&DC at the Human Resource Department through only registered couriers services/Post office to the HR Department MTI-HMC within 15 days of this publication of this advertisement on a prescribed form. By hand submission of applications will not be entertained by the Authority/HR Department.
3. Application Form along with Bank Draft / Pay Order in favour of Hospital Director MTI-HMC or through direct deposit in Bank of Khyber, HMC Branch, Receipt Account, Branch Code 185, A/C Number PLS-31002187103, on account of payment details given below through only registered couriers services/Post office to the HR Department MTI-HMC.

4. Those applicants having foreign degrees, diplomas, or certificates must attach a valid equivalence certificate issued by HEC/PM&DC.
5. In case if the documents are not attached due date by the due date, then the form shall be rejected.
6. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.
7. The decision of the competent authority shall be final and non-challengeable in any court of law.
8. The existing employees of MTI-HMC may apply through proper channel.
9. The competent authority reserves the right to increase or decrease or even cancel the posts as per requirement/MTI-HMC.
10. No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.
11. On detailed scrutiny of the applications after screening test, if any candidate is found to be ineligible in any respect under the rules, his/her candidature will be cancelled irrespective of the fact whether he/she appeared in the test/interview or even selected for the post.
12. Any candidate may be disqualified or excluded from interview, if he/she fails:
    • To bring original documents.
    • To meet any of the conditions.
    • Knowingly furnishes any false information.
    • If a candidate tries to influence the committee/selection board by any means.
13. Original documents must be produced at the time of interview.
14. The services of the selected candidates will be governed by the MTI-HMC rules/regulation.

16. Register your respective degrees with declaration/result.
