Hazara Electric Supply Company Limited (HESCO), a newly established public sector utility company licensed by NEPRA for the supply and distribution of electricity across eight districts of the Hazara Division, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the Government of Pakistan through its Board of Directors intends to put the company on a strong commercial footing by creating HESCO's independent, dynamic, and result oriented professional workforce to become part of its growing team for achieving its mission statement. Terms & Conditions

  • Recruitment shall be purely on merit, commensurately as per Company Scales governed under HAZAED policy and relevant Electricity Rules, 1937, and subject to clearance from security agencies and medical fitness.
  • Candidates if selected will be placed on contract for a probation period as per rules of HASED to join the recruitment of 3 years initially.
  • The applicant already serving in Government / Semi-Government organization or autonomous bodies should apply through proper channel with NOC certificate from their current employer.
  • Applications will be considered by HASED strictly on merit and ability, those candidates will have completed the applicable degree from HEC recognized university/institute.
  • General age relaxation up to 5 years has been included in the age limit for all positions mentioned in the table which will be effective when applying.
  • HASED reserves the right to withhold recruitment at any stage, to cancel the recruitment process, increase or decrease the number of positions, or alter the date of written tests/interviews without assigning any reason.
  • TA/DA will not be admissible for the test as well as for the interviews process, which applies to all candidates.
