Develop and implement the strategic vision for the Islamic Microfinance vertical to align with overall strategic objectives of the organisation.
Develop and execute Strategies, Budgets and Business Plans relating to Islamic Banking vertical of the Bank.
Develop and implement Policies, Procedures, Systems and Internal Controls related to Islamic Microfinance vertical in coordination with the respective stakeholders.
Develop and launch innovative Shariah compliant Islamic Microfinance products and services.
Coordinate and liaise with stakeholders including State Bank of Pakistan, Shariah Board/Shariah Advisors, Auditors, Rating Agencies etc. to ensure compliance with the regulations and Shariah guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria
Administration, Commerce, Economics, Finance Education: Master's degree in Business preferably in Islamic Banking from HEC recognised university or an equivalent degree from a foreign university.
Minimum 15 years banking experience with at least 5 years of Islamic Banking experience at senior managerial level.
Practical knowledge & experience of Islamic Banking/Islamic Microfinance products & services including operational controls and team management.
Deep understanding of Banking Compliance, Risk Management, and Shariah Legal Frameworks preferably with Islamic Banking background.
