TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the Screening test. However, detailed scrutiny will be carried out by the appointing authority, and if any candidate is found ineligible in any aspect at any stage of the recruitment process, his/her candidature will be canceled by the Appointing Authority.
2. All the candidates will be required to create a profile on ETEA's website. While creating the profile and while applying/downloading for any post, such candidates will have to print "Challan Form" from ETEA's website (link NADRA franchise/bank). Without successful submission of the fee, he/she will not be able to apply for any post. His/her candidature will be considered canceled/rejected automatically.
3. Candidates should be eligible in all respects by the last date of receipt of the applications.
4. Incomplete applications and applications received after due dates will not be entertained.
5. The candidates working in Government/Semi-Government bodies should apply through the proper channel.
6. Candidates intending to apply for more than one post shall apply separately for each post with a separate fee.
7. Competent Authority reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of vacancies or cancel/withdraw the advertisement by assigning valid reasons.
8. No TA/DA will be admissible for tests/interviews.
9. In case of a foreign degree, an equivalency certificate from HEC/PMDC/PMC must be provided.
10. Salary/Emoluments will be paid on a package rate, subject to income tax.
11. The competent authority reserves the right to cancel/reject any application by assigning valid reasons.
12. This advertisement is for fixed-pay-based appointments in District Headquarter Hospitals.
13. Their performance will be evaluated yearly by mutually quantifiable performance indicators.
14. The employment will be on a contract basis for a period of 01 Year that may be extendable subject to satisfactory Performance.
15. They will be on probation for a period of Ninety days (90) (extendable by a further 90 days), and liable for termination without needing prior intimation.
16. In case of removal during probation, one month notice or one month salary in lieu thereof shall be applicable. No notice is required in cases of inefficiency and misconduct.
17. The job will be Non-transferable on a provincial basis, with no contribution to GP/CPF/Fund.
18. They will be entitled to avail casual leave only (10 days casual leave per annum). No other type of leave is permissible.
19. Applicable penalties shall be imposed in case of misconduct or violation of the code of conduct.
20. Annual increment @ 5% will be admissible based on satisfactory performance.
21. They shall accept the offer of appointment within thirty (30) days.

HOW TO APPLY:

1. Interested candidates may first visit www.etea.edu.pk and apply for the posts online.
2. After successful submission of the application, get a printout of the generated deposit slip & deposit the prescribed test fee (non-refundable) through Easy Paisa, Jazz Cash App, or any branch of UBL Bank via UBL OMNI agent.
3. After successful submission, please keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) having been stamped for claim with your roll no. for future recruitment.
4. After online application, don't send documents/testimonials to the ETEA office; copies of testimonials/documents will, however, be provided by the candidates who qualify for the screening test, as and when required by ETEA or the Appointing Authority for scrutiny purposes.
5. Online Application Form is available on www.etea.edu.pk on 12/04/2025. The last date for submission of the online Application Form is 28/04/2025 (05:00 PM).
6. Candidates will be informed through SMS by ETEA to download and print their Roll No. Slips from www.etea.edu.pk. Candidates are directed not to provide port/converted mobile numbers to ETEA for correspondence purposes.
7. Test Date, Time & Venue will be mentioned on Roll No. Slip.
8. No separate Call letters will be issued to candidates for screening tests through postal/courier.
