The Government of Balochistan, Health Department invites applications from dynamic and result-oriented individuals for the posts of Monitoring Officers (BPS-16) Health Department for a period of one (1) year extendable subject to satisfactory performance. Monitoring Officer	BPS-16	i. Bachelor's degree, preferably in Public Health / Public Administration / Public Policy / Hospital Management; other relevant fields will also be considered. ii. Minimum 1 year of work experience. iii. Preference will be given to applicants having field monitoring experience.	Rakhshan Division - 3 Khuzdar Division - 1 Pishin Division - 1	The lump sum salary package will be admissible as prescribed by the Govt.	23–45

Terms and Conditions

i. The above positions are offered purely on a contract basis initially for one year.
ii. The age of the candidate will be calculated on the last date of submission of application.
iii. The candidates having a local domicile of Balochistan shall only be eligible to apply.
iv. No TA/DA will be admissible for the test/interview.
v. The Department has the right to accept/reject or cancel an application or whole recruitment process at any time without any notice/justification.
vi. Candidates already working in Government/Semi-Government may apply through proper channels.
vii. Incomplete applications or applications received after the due date/closing of office hours of the last date for submission of application will not be entertained.
viii. In case of a large number of candidates, the Department reserves the right to decide upon any threshold marks/ratio of candidate vis-à-vis to be further considered in the recruitment process/interview.
ix. Only shortlisted candidates shall be called for a final interview.
x. Submission of fake documents or concealment of any fact will lead to disqualification of the candidate.
xi. Candidates shall produce all original documents, along with a set of attested photocopies of all relevant (verifiable) documents (CVs and attested copies of education and experience certificates), at the date/time of interview to be communicated.
