AT PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION UNIT FOR COMMUNITY EMPOWERMENT AND STRENGTHENING OF HEALTHCARE ACCESS THROUGH MARYAM NAWAZ HEALTH CLINIC

Applications are invited for the following posts on "Contract Basis" for Development Project titled "COMMUNITY EMPOWERMENT AND STRENGTHENING OF HEALTHCARE ACCESS THROUGH MARYAM NAWAZ HEALTH CLINIC". The qualification and experience required for the posts is mentioned against each post.

2	Quality Control Officer (Pharmacy) (PPS-08)	2	Upto 45	Doctor of Pharmacy with at least 16 years of Education in Pharmacy related discipline / equivalent relevant field. And At least 1 years of experience preferably in Primary/ preventive healthcare related Program.
3	Program Officer (Technical) (PPS-08)	1	Upto 45	MS / BS (04 years) in Computer Science/Software Engineering from recognized by UGC/HEC. At least 2 years of experience including 1 year of project related experience for implementation of field based projects. Preference will be given for having 01 years in primary/ preventive healthcare related Program.
4	Program Officer (M&E) (PPS-08)	1	Upto 45	MS / BS Hons in Statistics, Biostatistics/ equivalent relevant field from recognized by UGC/HEC. At least 2 years of experience including 1 year of project related experience for implementation of field based projects. Preference will be given for having 01 years in primary/ preventive healthcare related Program.
5	Program Officer (Procurement) (PPS-08)	1	Upto 45	The potential candidates should have a degree of Bachelor of Pharmacy / Doctor of Pharmacy / Supply Chain Management / Economics / Biomedical engineering / Marketing / equivalent, relevant field from recognized by UGC/HEC. And At least 2 years of practical experience in the public sector, preferably in health sector projects in procurement of goods, works and services and consultancy services and conducted trainings. Preference will be given for A finance professional with a relevant Master degree (16 years of education) in Finance / Accounts / Corporate Business / MBA / MPA / ACCA / ACMA / ADCN / CIV / CCA / equivalent, relevant field from recognized by HEC/UGC is also eligible.
6	Program Officer (Finance) (PPS-08)	1	Upto 45	Minimum 2 years of relevant practical experience (Accounts Officer dealing Public accounts/ pre-audit/ Public sector audit) preferably in the public sector and knowledge of Government rules & regulations.
7	Coordinator (PPS-07)	2	Upto 45	Graduation (14 Years of Education) in Management/ Social Sciences / Mass Communication / equivalent relevant field from recognized by UGC. And Minimum 1 year of relevant practical experience of communication / coordination / management (preferably acquiring required qualifications in Public Health sector) preferably in prevention of diseases awareness / health related Program.

General Terms and Conditions:

• These vacancies are post specific, non-transferable and on contract basis under Development scheme.
• No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the interview.
• Candidates already working in Government/Semi Government/Autonomous Bodies should apply through proper channel.
• Submission of fake documents or concealment of any fact will lead to disqualification of the candidate.
• Only the copies issued by the universities/boards/recognized bodies by the Government of Punjab/HEC/UGC equivalent, will be considered.
• Only short-listed candidates will be called for interview. The date & time of interview will be communicated through email/SMS/by the department.
• Complete Original documents along with set of attested photocopies will be produced at the time of interview/test.
• The Department reserves the right to reject any or all applications or cancel the whole recruitment process at any stage without assigning any reason.
• Final Terms & Conditions of appointment shall be settled at the actual date of appointment.
• Decision of Department matters concerning recruitment, including eligibility/ short listing/ selection criteria shall be final.
