VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

An Autonomous body of Government of Balochistan requires the services of following individuals on Contract basis for the period of two years. Applications are invited through ETC- Higher Education Commission (HEC). Applicants fulfilling the following eligibility criteria may apply:

Terms & Conditions:

• The contract period is up to two years and further extendable subject to satisfactory annual performance.
• Must have Balochistan Local Domicile.
• Must be competent, hardworking, and honest.
• Age will be calculated on the closing date of receipt of applications.
• The general upper age relaxation limit will be allowed as per Government of Balochistan Policy.
• Foreign graduate applications must produce HEC Equivalence Certificate, where applicable.
• Applicant employed in Government/Autonomous/Semi-Autonomous public organization should apply through proper channel.
• The Hiring Authority reserves the right not to fill any vacancy or to fill more or fewer vacancies than announced.
• Only candidates who have secured 60% marks in written test will be called for next stage/interview.
• The special quota (i.e., women, disabled, minority) will be observed as notified by the Government of Balochistan.
• No TA/DA shall be admissible.
• Incomplete or late applications shall not be entertained.
• In case of any false/forged information is given by the applicant, he/she will be disqualified at any stage, even after selection.
• The Hiring Authority reserves the right to cancel or withhold recruitment at any stage without assigning any reason.
• Preference will also be given to candidates having relevant higher qualifications and experience.

How to Apply & How to Pay Fee:

1. Applicants are required to apply online within 15 days after publication of this advertisement by using their own CNIC through Education Testing Council (ETC) web portal. In case of any difficulty during the online registration process, please lodge online complaint on visit HEC Regional Office Quetta or call on Helplines: 051-111-119-432, 0334-111-9432.
2. The candidate must ensure that the correct CNIC number is entered while creating the ETC profile. Any discrepancy in the CNIC number, even a single digit, the candidate will ineligible to appear in the test.
3. The candidates are required to upload a clear and recent passport-size photograph with a white or blue background.
4. The test fee of Rs. 2,500/- shall be deposited through the 1Link 1Bill Invoice payment service.
5. For online fee submission. Log in to your mobile banking application, select "Bill Payment" or "Payment Services" as available, choose the 1Link 1Bill Invoice service, and enter the consumer number generated by the ETC Portal.
6. After depositing the fee through 1Link 1Bill, the candidate must log in to the ETC portal and click on "Verify Online Payment" in the application form.
7. The test fee will be SUBMITTED online application upon completion of the process. Applications that are not best will not be entertained.
8. The test fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
