- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical) or a BS from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).
- Experience:
- Minimum 10 years overall, with at least 05 years in a Senior Management Position in a relevant field.
- For government employees: At least 05 years on BPS-18 or above.
- For private sector: 05 years at the rank of Resident Engineer, Project Engineer, or higher.
- Age Limit: Maximum 65 years (preferred age is 61 or younger).
