Positions:
- Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
- Chief Internal Auditor

Responsibilities:
- CFO: Develop and implement financial strategies, oversee capital management, expenditure control, and investments, manage accounts, ensure compliance, and represent the corporation at financial forums.
- Chief Internal Auditor: Manage administrative and audit matters, ensure financial integrity and accountability, submit reports to the Board, assist with external audits, and maintain the corporation's financial compliance.

Qualifications:
- CFO: Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration, or a related field; professional qualifications like CA or CPA.
- Chief Internal Auditor: Certified auditor endorsed by relevant authorities and certificates like CA, ACCA, CPA, or CIA.

Experience:
Minimum 10 years, with 5 years in a senior management position for both roles.

Age:
Maximum 55 years for both roles.

Tenure:
Contractual for 4 years, extendable with mutual agreement and HW&SC Board approval.
