Announcement for Recruitment of Chief Operating Officer (COO)

The HW&SC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional for the role of Chief Operating Officer. The candidate should have a proven track record of leadership in the public or private sector and be capable of managing large-scale infrastructure and technical operations.

Job Profile and Requirements

Position: Chief Operating Officer (COO) - 04 Year Contract Basis.
Job Role: Responsible for technical operations, infrastructure services, enhancing service delivery, and strategic oversight of water and sewerage projects.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BE) in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical) from an HEC-recognized university or a well-reputed international institution.
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of total experience, including at least 05 years in a senior management position.
- Government employees must be BPS-18 or above with 05 years of relevant experience.
- Private sector candidates must have at least 05 years of experience in roles equivalent to Resident Engineer or Project Administrator.
Age Limit: Maximum 65 years (61 years for regular government employees).
Duration: 04-year contract (extendable based on performance and mutual agreement).
