Masters or bachelor's degree in Energy Management, Public Administration. |
Minimum of 2 years of experience in program coordination, administration, or stakeholder engagement within the development or energy sector. Prior experience working with government institutions, NGOs, or donor-funded projects is preferred. Strong skills in communication, teamwork, and report writing are essential. |

Research Associate (Female/Male) |

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Energy Engineering, Electrical / Mechanical Engineering. |
Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in energy, power sector research, feasibility studies, or sustainability planning are encouraged to apply. Practical knowledge of tools such as HOMER, RETScreen, or GIS-based analysis will be an added advantage. Strong communication, teamwork, and report-writing skills are required. |
