Positions

Qualifications

Must be a member of a recognized body of professional accountants, qualifying CA/CPA/ACMA/ACCA/MBA (Finance) from a reputed local or international University/Institute. Must meet Fit & Proper criteria as defined under Schedule-IV of the State-Owned Enterprises (Governance and Operations) Act, 2023.

Experience

Minimum 12 years of post-qualification relevant experience, including at least 5 years in senior management or executive-level roles, with demonstrated expertise in auditing and risk management, designing of internal control procedures, effective compliance of financial reliability in public/private sector with understanding of governance, risks and risks controls especially in SOEs or public sector projects.

Pay Scale

An attractive remuneration package commensurate with qualifications, experience, and responsibilities of the position. Performance-based incentives, medical coverage, and other benefits and privileges in accordance with the Company's policies and as approved by the Board of Directors.
